Traditionally brewed in the Flanders region of France, the literal translation is “beer for keeping.”
Naturally we have kept this brew in tank, lagering over several months to allow the subtle complexities of the malt to truly shine while ensuring a clean, dry, and lean body.
With its perceived malty sweetness and “earthy” quality, this brew is exceptionally smooth, round and is quenching, contrary to its dark appearance.

Key ingredients: Time, Lager Yeast and Many Malts.
