Hazy Kveik IPA

Hazy IPA’s have taken the beer industry by storm. They tend to be lower on the bitterness scale with tropical and juicy flavors supported by a full and creamy mouthfeel.

The use of a “Kveik” yeast strain adds depth and complexity to this brew and accentuates the incredibly juicy, creamy, mouth bombarding experience. The tropical flavors and complex aroma’s of stonefruit, pineapple, and dried fruit leather are complemented with massive hop stand additions of fruit-forward Mosaic, Amarillo, Citra and El Dorado hops. 

Kveik is a dialect word for "yeast" in Norwegian and specifically refers to a yeast that contains multiple strains that have been reused and passed down for generations in traditional Norwegian farmhouse brewing.
