Dry Hopped Saison (Farmhouse Ale)

ABV 6.7% IBU 25

Traditionally brewed in the winter months in farmhouses in the French speaking region
of Belgium; Saisons were stock piled for the
summer months where they served as a
refreshing source of nutrients for farm
hands (entitled to up to five liters each day.)
Brewed with long storage in mind, these
brews are high in alcohol and hopped to a
high degree.

Strong, fruity, and dry; this beer is bursting
with aromas of orange and clove.
With additions of wheat and oats, the body
is chewy but balanced by a quenching
acidity.

Liberally dry-hopped with mosaic hops, an
American hop twist adds an extra punch of
fruity goodness to this version that is sure to satisfy.

Saison yeast blend, Wheat malt, Oats and
Mosaic Hops.
